Children's Home Thailand | Repair of the Mainbuilding
The Phuket Sunshine Village Foundation is an organization that was founded in 2004 after the massive tsunami in thailand. They set up a children's village for orphans in phuket, which is still suffering from the serious incident. Even today, they are raising children from low-income families to protect them imminent poverty, violence and social injustice. It provides the little ones with the necessary support and mental support they need until they can take care of themselves. A total of 90 kids in different ages live in 12 bungalows. At the beginning, the children's village was supported financially by the government, but since 2005 the organizers have to run the home on their own. Over the years, some buildings have been severely damaged due to the weather and are no longer habitable, so many children have to share the already tight living space. We decided to donate so that the main house and a non-habitable side building can be renovated.

Another project with the Phuket Sunshine Village Foundation was very important tu us. As the financal resources are often very scarce and must be invested primarily in essential things such as food, clothing and housing. we decided to provide children with bicycles. Through our donation, bicycles of different sizes for the 90 children could be bought. So that everyone can enjoy it for a long time, a suitable shelter was built in common work and with great joy.
